What's on
Our regular groups meet across Worcestershire — a warm mix of peer support, creativity and good company. Some you can simply drop in on the day; others we ask you to book in first.
Just turn up
Our mental health group, where people meet, socialise and chat over a cuppa, talk about mental health topics, or simply enjoy whatever the afternoon needs to be. We have a speaker or an activity to share whenever we can.
On the second Wednesday of the month, our afternoon group becomes a relaxed, creative art session with Oly — no experience needed, just come and enjoy making something.
Enjoy a variety of craft activities with lots of good company, chats and a cuppa. A gentle, sociable way to spend an afternoon.
Please book in first
A safe, held space for anyone bereaved by suicide, whether your loss was recent or years ago, and whether you're a parent, sibling, partner, child or friend. Please contact us to book a place.
A six-week programme of discussions on mental health topics, self-care and helpful strategies, in a small structured group of around six women or fewer. We begin with a short meditation to settle into the space. Let us know if you'd like to join — we start once we have enough attendees.
On the horizon
Gentle walks around the city and the river — a chance to chat about what's on your mind, or just enjoy the fresh air together. Please contact us if you'd like to join.
A small, relaxed group for men to meet and talk over their concerns. We're currently looking for male volunteers to help it launch — do get in touch if you'd like to attend or to help.
Not sure which group is right for you? Just ask, and we'll help you find your feet.
